Providing support and guidance to all Partners after their initial 2 days of training and 6 week mentoring programme is crucial to helping Partners grow their businesses effectively for the long term.
The improved support helpdesk has been created as a dedicated portal that can be accessed by Partners outside of the Eazi-Apps world class app development platform. Covering the numerous features available within the app building platform, Partners will be able to access dedicated support articles that detail how to configure and utilise different features.
Accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the support helpdesk also includes video tutorials and has been designed to supplement the extensive support that all Partners receive when they join the Eazi-Apps Network.
